At ABOUT LUXE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item/s, for any reason, we will accept their return and offer you a refund on any unworn merchandise returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Please download a copy of the Returns Form and follow the refund instructions to receive your money back for your returned item.
RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returned merchandise should be in the original condition as when it was received, including the original packaging. Once ABOUT LUXE has received your returned package, returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. ABOUT LUXE reserves the right to reject a refund if item/s are returned used, worn or damaged in any way and item/s will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item/s do not meet the requirements for a refund. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by ABOUT LUXE will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned item/s. *Please note that the international shipping costs that ABOUT LUXE provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by ABOUT LUXE. For further information, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow five (5) business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by ABOUT LUXE. You will be informed via the email address used to make your ABOUT LUXE order once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account that was used as method of payment for your ABOUT LUXE order. All orders should be returned to the address provided below. If you require a street address, please email email@example.com with this request. Please note that the item/s are your responsibility until they are returned to ABOUT LUXE. ABOUT LUXE will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. If you have been shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
