ABOUT LUXE orders are processed between 1-3 business days. ABOUT LUXE will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
All ABOUT LUXE orders processed Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends (Sat/Sun) or on Australian Public Holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any movement.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
ABOUT LUXE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

Orders are shipped using Australia Post.
STANDARD 5 -10 Business Days: $10
EXPRESS 1 – 3 Business Days: $20
We use DHL Express International shipping services. Express International Shipping generally takes 2-6 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please visit www.dhl.com.au/en/express for further information on delivery times.
Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted.
Please note that all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. ABOUT LUXE is not responsible for any charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address as ABOUT LUXE cannot take responsibility if you do not receive your item due to an incorrect or incomplete address being entered at check out.
